Don’t underestimate the impact of first impressions. Does your profile truly reflect your image or personality?
The amount of ‘white space’ and the font and even the email address you use will say a whole lot about you
Content. Think about the words you chose to highlight on your resume…are you really telling people what you are about?
Ignore authenticity at your peril
“Motherhood” statements and profiles in the third person are pastiche
Try and stick to 2 or 3 pages max
